About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Grocery National Account Executive to join our Sales team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key national accounts and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize sales and revenue growth across multiple channels.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume, and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate customer forecasts, new product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Work with the category team to develop engaging sell-in stories and secure ranging and distribution opportunities.
  • Partner with shopper marketing teams to create innovative and effective in-store and online displays.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure activity execution and review retailer and competitor trends.
  • Support the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintain key documents for the wider business.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for retail and food, who is always looking out for new trends, retail activations, and product launches in the market. You should have:

  • Results-driven experience with a proven track record of business results.
  • Numerate skills with a good understanding of P&Ls and margins.
  • Strong selling skills to win and influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative attitude and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A natural fit for our team and a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Educated to degree level.
