About the Role

The National Account Manager - Grocery will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion within the Grocery sector for Lotus Bakeries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key Grocery buyers, including Waitrose and Morrisons, to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Develop and execute annual customer plans, budgets, and promotional strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Head of Grocery to align business plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Category Team to develop and optimize existing product ranges and create engaging sell-in stories for new products.
  • Partner with the Shopper Marketing Team to agree on media spend and strategy in line with above-the-line marketing plans.
  • Support the Grocery team in delivering annual plans and key business targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and NPD, to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Results-oriented and able to deliver account/channel targets.
  • Numerate, with a good understanding of P&Ls and margins.
  • Strong selling skills to win/influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Strong team player.
