About the Role

Peter's Yard is seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional results in the Grocery sector. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans with major multiple accounts, ensuring maximum sales of our products during key trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans with key Grocery and Online customers to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Own and manage P&L and forecasting for assigned accounts, delivering value, volume, and GP% metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to drive business insights and deliver significant benefits.
  • Drive top-class visibility and penetration through in-store and online activations during key seasonal periods.
  • Utilize customer systems to maximize sales, including influencing availability, compliance, and promotion management.
  • Work closely with the Peter's Yard field sales team to ensure strong local activation.

About You

We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager with a proven track record of working on Grocery accounts. You should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive results-driven business plans.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering strong, tangible business results.
  • Resilience and tenacity in the face of obstacles and challenging negotiations.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to bring new insights to accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a collaborative attitude.
