About the Role
We're seeking a talented and ambitious Grocery Account Executive to bring our commercial strategy to life and develop strong relationships with our retail partners.
- Upselling and growing new and existing accounts to drive business growth.
- Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks, including new line setup, EPOS, invoice tracking, and promotional setup.
- Analysing promotional activity and creating actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Working with account managers to support in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and annual business planning.
- Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and forecasting of assigned accounts, delivering value, volume, and margin metrics.
- Building unrivalled cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and merchandising teams.
- Delivering top-class visibility and penetration through bringing Kiddylicious alive in stores (POS, secondary displays, and winning in key events).
- Collaborating with the Category Manager to develop category stories and insights that drive significant business benefit.
About You
We're looking for a high-performing National Account Executive who is confident in handling and analysing data, resilient, and determined. You should be an analytical thinker, a great relationship builder, and a collaborative team player.
As a Grocery Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with our top 4 grocery accounts, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our business.
