Job Overview
As a vital member of the Sales division, collaborating closely with the Senior National Account Manager, you will be entrusted with a range of key responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute robust business and promotional strategies with significant clients across various channels, ensuring optimal sales performance during critical trading periods.
- Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) for designated accounts, achieving targets for value, volume, and profitability.
- Cultivate cross-functional relationships with essential customer contacts, including procurement, supply chain, trade planning, and shopper marketing.
- Manage daily operations such as new product line setups, EPOS, and invoice tracking utilizing retailer systems.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to guarantee accurate customer forecasts, including new product launches, base sales, promotional activities, and feature placements.
- Partner with the category management team to create compelling narratives for new product introductions and distribution opportunities.
- Work alongside shopper marketing teams to design impactful and engaging displays both in-store and online.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution of activities and analyze retailer and competitor trends.
- Assist the Sales Team with weekly performance reporting and maintain essential documentation for broader business needs.
This position requires you to take charge of key discount retailers and high street accounts, with the potential to identify and secure new business opportunities in a dynamic and enjoyable office atmosphere.
