We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at Lotus Bakeries Natural Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key customers in the wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop relationships with key customers in the wholesale channel, including Suma, Epiciurium, and DDC.
- Identify new customers and avenues across the wholesale channel and open new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key end-users to drive growth and increase visibility within the wholesale channel.
- Work closely with the Head of Impulse to develop and execute a cash and carry plan.
- Landing new product developments (NPD) with customers and delivering against agreed targets.
- Full ownership of relevant events and trade shows.
- Full P&L ownership of the wholesale channel, including forecasting, budgeting, managing spend, agreeing a promotional plan, managing joint business plans (JBP's) and trade agreements.
- Proven experience in the wholesale or impulse channel, with a strong understanding of category data, sources, and sales propositions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build and develop great relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Competent in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Hands-on approach and a real go-getter.
- Ideal education to degree level.
