About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key retailers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business and promotional plans with key customers to maximize sales of our products.
  • Manage the P&L of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume, and profit targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply, trade planners, and shopper marketing teams.
  • Work closely with our supply and operations teams to ensure accurate customer forecasts and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with the category team to develop engaging sell-in stories for new products and ranging and distribution opportunities.
  • Work with our shopper marketing teams to create innovative and engaging display and feature in stores and online.
  • Visit stores regularly to ensure activity is executed and to review retailer and competitor trends.
  • Support the Sales Team with weekly reporting and maintaining key documents for the wider business.
Requirements
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Numerate with a good understanding of P&Ls and margins.
  • Strong selling skills to win and influence buyers and internal teams.
  • Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for retail and food, always looking out for new trends, retail activations, and new product launches.
  • A great relationship builder with a collaborative attitude to working with customers.
  • A natural fit for our team with a degree-level education.
