Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated Senior National Account Managers to join a dynamic and high-achieving sales team that has consistently achieved double-digit growth over the past three years. Reporting to the Head of Grocery, you will be accountable for meeting business objectives across two of our largest major multiple accounts. This position will include line management responsibilities for either a National Account Manager or National Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outstanding business strategies with Key Grocery and Online clients, ensuring optimal sales of our products during critical trading periods Oversee P&L and forecasting to achieve value, volume, and profit targets Ensure the availability of the BEAR brand's key products across various retail formats, including convenience stores, online platforms, forecourts, cafes, and front-of-store displays Foster exceptional cross-functional relationships across buying, supply chain, category, and format teams Leverage customer systems to enhance sales performance, including availability, compliance, and promotional management Deliver outstanding UROS and visibility by effectively showcasing BEAR in stores and online (POS, Secondary Displays, Online & In-store Media) Mentor and develop one direct report, supporting their customer delivery and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

About You

You are likely an experienced Senior National Account Manager or an exceptional National Account Manager within the FMCG sector.
