The role of Senior Internal Sales Representative involves supporting a Client Manager/Director by delivering a seamless and professional service to our clientele. Your daily responsibilities will encompass quoting, CRM and order management, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior Internal Sales Representative

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Addressing customer needs and requirements
  • Managing quotes and sales pipeline
  • Overseeing order and backorder management along with customer inventory control
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions through CRM management
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Internal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience in internal sales, preferably within a similarly sized IT reseller environment, collaborating with account directors. Exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills are essential, as you will engage with customers on a variety of issues daily.
