About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Ambassador to join our team at Compass Services, UK and Ireland Limited T/A Rapport Guest Services. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming welcome to our clients and their guests
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including managing guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and their guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Support the delivery of packages and mail to apartments, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Improve customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Act on resident requests and anticipate their needs, demonstrating a proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Maintain high standards of service, ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded
Requirements

  • Have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable, with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience in a five-star hotel, corporate, or luxury residential setting
