Job Summary

The Guest Experience Assistant will provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all guests feel valued and respected throughout their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
    • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
