Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Assistant to join our team at The Guardsman Hotel. As a Guest Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
    • Respond to guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Assist with the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring that all guests are checked in and out efficiently and effectively.
    • Process guest payments and handle any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the front office team to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are always up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
