From the outset, you will receive extensive training and follow a structured progression pathway, complete with well-defined milestones. Begin by acquiring practical experience in our contact centres as a Customer Service Representative, then advance through various functions within our organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of Diligenta's operations.

Ultimately, you will be enrolled in our tailored training course, designed to refine your complaint resolution skills. Upon successful completion of the program, you will not only master the art of complaint management but also enjoy a guaranteed salary increase.
