Customer Complaints Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will represent a prominent UK bank by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels. We take pride in our outstanding service, ensuring that our customers feel heard and treated with fairness. Transforming negative experiences into positive outcomes is central to this position.

Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience is essential, with complaint resolution experience in the life and pensions sector being a plus.
  • Team Collaboration - We believe that a successful team comprises individuals who are dedicated to assisting others and delivering exceptional service collectively.
  • Effective Listening and Communication skills are fundamental. You must be capable of conveying complex information in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Adept at quickly identifying customer needs and focusing on efficiently and empathetically resolving issues.
  • Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) along with a keen attention to detail are crucial for this role.
