Work Schedule:
This role operates Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, totaling 37 hours per week.
Career Development:
From the outset, participants will receive extensive training and follow a structured career progression pathway, featuring clear milestones. You will begin by acquiring practical experience in our contact centers as a Customer Service Representative, subsequently advancing through various functions within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of Diligenta's operations.

Upon completion of initial training, you will be enrolled in a tailored program designed to enhance your complaint-handling skills.
