Position Overview

The role involves delivering a comprehensive, courteous, and efficient reception service to patients while executing high-quality clerical and administrative tasks associated with the coordination of outpatient clinics for the Clinical Team.

As the Clinic Administrator for the Ophthalmology clinics, you will be accountable for all relevant aspects of the preparation and execution of these clinics.

Employment Details

This position is for a Full-Time Clinic Administrator working from 8am to 4pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a team, holding individual responsibility for providing efficient clerical support for designated clinics, including the completion of data entry and clinic outcome documentation, among other essential tasks.

A strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently, along with excellent telephone communication skills, is crucial. Familiarity with patient management systems and other IT applications would be beneficial, although comprehensive training will be provided.

Proficiency in Welsh is desirable for this position; applications from both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged.
