Essential Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Successful completion of part 1 FRCOphth examination
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in Ophthalmology, excluding foundation modules
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply sound clinical judgment
- Effective time and information management skills
- Demonstrated initiative and resilience in adapting to challenges and changing circumstances
Desirable Qualifications
- Evidence of relevant academic and research accomplishments, including degrees, awards, and publications
- Proven ability to perform ophthalmic procedures
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, including the provision of feedback
