About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrator to support our recruiter in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and shortlisting candidates, liaising with recruitment agencies, and assisting with the coordination of group interviews and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen enquiries and requests with a professional telephone manner
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles
- Assist with designing and coordinating group interviews and campaigns
- Organize and prioritize workload to achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
