About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrator to support our recruiter in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and shortlisting candidates, liaising with recruitment agencies, and assisting with the coordination of group interviews and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen enquiries and requests with a professional telephone manner
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for short-term contract roles
  • Assist with designing and coordinating group interviews and campaigns
  • Organize and prioritize workload to achieve targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
