Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kibble. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to managers and staff throughout the organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including record management, data protection, and minute taking.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, managers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Organisation: Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a busy office environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications: HNC/SVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Other: Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel to different locations, and a commitment to promoting equality of opportunity and dignity for all individuals.
