About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Customer & Business Services team, supporting multiple social work establishments across Renfrewshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
  • Process referrals received through various channels and provide clerical support to local managers and their staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the onsite team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Support multiple social work establishments across Renfrewshire, providing administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Effective organizational skills and a flexible approach to meet the demands of a busy administrative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to handle complex situations and support social work clients and their families.
  • Experience in a clerical role, carrying out a wide range of support duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
  • Proficiency with software packages, including Microsoft Excel and databases, to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle challenging and vulnerable client groups.
