Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team in the Asset Management and Major Projects sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing databases, and coordinating recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage databases and spreadsheets to track candidate information, job postings, and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, sending out job postings, and communicating with hiring managers.
  • Assist with the design and coordination of group interviews, campaigns, and other recruitment events.
  • Verify candidate qualifications and RTW documents, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
