Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specific region, leveraging your expertise and relationships to identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the materials handling industry
  • Proven track record of success in new business development and account management
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to identify opportunities and negotiate deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results
