We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Direct SME team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, converting, managing, and developing new business opportunities within LeasePlan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the entire new business process, suggesting innovative and reasoned ideas to maximise new customer sign up.
- Ensure customers understand the LeasePlan service and are aware of how their account will be managed.
- Contribute to the overall success of the LeasePlan team by both personal performance and team spirit.
- Be involved with any ad hoc projects as may be required within LeasePlan.
- Identify and evaluate risks within the department/function (including errors, fraud and inappropriate procedures) and take appropriate measures to manage these.
- Ensure sufficient business controls are in place to minimise exposure to risk – to include system access controls.
Requirements:
- Fluent in business English language - written and verbal.
- Good PC and technical skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Customer driven with a proven ability to build long-term relationships and provide creative and innovative solutions to a wide variety of customers.
- High level of commercial and financial awareness with an ability to recognise opportunities for profitable business.
