Business Development Manager

Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within the AV industry, with a specific focus on the Service department. This includes researching potential clients, generating leads, and developing strategies to secure new business.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts.
- Training and Development: Participate in the company's comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Sales/Business Development experience: A previous track record with Business Development or Sales.
- Willingness to Learn: A keen interest in the AV industry and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travelling to client sites and attending meetings.
- Starting Salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE 60,000 pa
- Car allowance/mileage paid/travel card expensed
