Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential customer base, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to generate new business leads, ensuring compliance with all marketing and promotional activities.
  • Customer Account Management: Conduct regular reviews with branch management teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a key member of the Business Development Team, demonstrating the standards, behaviors, and values of the team to drive effective teamwork across the business.
  • Event Participation: Participate in regional business-specific customer events and attend national and local training events to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
