Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Leader with business acumen to join our team at K.B.C. Associates Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales effort of the Hotel in line with overall financial business mix objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, with a focus on developing and coaching team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
