Are you passionate about promoting safety and quality? We are seeking a seasoned professional to become our new QEHS Manager for the GSD Region in Europe. In this pivotal role, you will be engaged in the Global Services Division within the European region, where your primary focus will be on upholding the Integrated Management System and fostering a culture of safety awareness.

This position welcomes candidates from various locations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold the Integrated Management System for the region, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, along with other relevant regulations.
  • Create and maintain an annual schedule for mandatory ISO activities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Champion safety awareness initiatives and facilitate training programs for staff development.
  • Monitor incident reporting processes and conduct thorough root cause analyses.
  • Oversee KPI reporting and the development of performance measurement systems within the region.
  • Support the tracking and updating of the Region Europe strategy X-matrix.

Qualifications for Success

  • A university degree (MSc/BSc) in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, along with experience in auditing these systems.
  • Previous experience in the maritime sector is advantageous.
  • A customer-centric and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
