About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team at Centurion - UK, Europe & Caspian Region. As a key member of our Accommodation and Modular Business Unit, you will be responsible for processing rental orders, coordinating equipment movements, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Container Management: Control and accurately document all ad hoc hires of company equipment (containers) using our approved computerized systems and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Deal with customers daily as a first point of contact, passing queries on to relevant personnel or resolving them yourself if competent.
  • Stock Management: Maintain daily stock checks of our Centurion Accommodation and Modular fleet of containers and equipment to ensure accurate stock levels at all times.
  • Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the movements for Centurion Accommodation and Modular Contract units.
  • Hire Reporting: Prepare and submit hire reports to management for forecasting and reporting purposes.
  • Cross-Hiring and Recording: Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all equipment and container movements from 3rd party companies.
  • Inspection and Certification: Arrange 3rd party inspections for units outside of Centurion Accommodation and Modular as instructed and according to approved procedures.
  • Test Certificate Management: Prepare and upload test certificates daily onto our website for client access.
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Raise purchasing orders as requested and according to approved procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance: Act as an ambassador for safety, demonstrating safe behaviors and living our Centurion values in day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the Offshore Industry, particularly shipping requirements.
  • Service Industry Experience: Service industry experience is desirable.
  • Container Movements Experience: Container movements experience is desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, keyboard/data input skills, and proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Qualifications and Certification: Qualification in English is desirable.
  • Experience: Energy industry experience and Insphire/Rental Database experience are desirable.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work under pressure, adaptability, positivity, and multitasking skills.
