We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to enhance our team at ICR.

Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide operational assistance within the Quickflange division. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction through effective job pack preparation, equipment management, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure all Quickflange activities meet company standards and that equipment is mobilized promptly.
  • Oversee Quickflange Technicians assigned to specific client projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive work packs, including implementation procedures, engineering drawings, and materials lists.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools to reflect resource allocation and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Technical team as needed for project execution.
  • Compile and deliver final reports to clients when required.
  • Ensure on-site technicians are aligned with project plans and address any technical inquiries.
  • Verify that technicians possess the necessary competencies for specific job requirements.
  • Manage scope changes and ensure timely client approvals.
  • Monitor project costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
  • Support Sales teams in managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Enhance operational procedures and work instructions.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections of equipment.
  • Manage the return logistics of equipment, including documentation and maintenance.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and testing of company-owned hire equipment.
  • Utilize SAP for delivery documentation and project equipment lists.
  • Contribute to the growth of ICR by supporting business development initiatives.
  • Process purchase requisitions as needed for projects.
  • Coordinate training inquiries, including equipment and manpower logistics.
  • Provide project coordination support across other ICR business units as necessary.
  • Adhere to all company processes and procedures in line with BMS standards.
  • Exhibit a professional and consistent management approach that aligns with company values.
