Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Xodus Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to facilitate daily business operations and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Business Administration: Maintain business administrative requirements, including updating and administering business collaboration and reporting tools, structuring and maintaining filing structures, and conducting weekly timesheet reports.
- Business Development & Sales: Support the administration and coordination of supplier registration activities and assist with proposal and tender submissions.
- Projects: Support the administration and coordination of project requirements as needed.
- Team Support: Assist the Vice President and leadership team with various administrative tasks, including meeting preparation and organization.
- High level of IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize, plan, and manage workload.
- Experience working in a project-driven environment and familiarity with budgets and invoicing.
- Knowledge of document control processes and systems.
