Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at ICR Integrity Ltd. in Aberdeen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel and visa requirements for our employees, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange travel for ICR employees, adhering to company procedures and processes.
  • Manage and plan all travel requests in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ICR's travel policies.
  • Liaise with business unit teams to gather necessary information for travel and flight arrangements.
  • Arrange and ensure all required visas are in place prior to travel, in accordance with ICR's travel procedures.
  • Coordinate with Nomadic and other Travel/Visa Specialists to meet business travel requirements.
  • Ensure correct inoculations are in place prior to travel, coordinating with the HR team.
  • Arrange vehicle bookings and manage contracts with Travel Management Companies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies and standards regarding travel.
  • Manage company systems for tracking employees on business travel and prepare monthly reporting.
  • Maximize cost savings for travel and complete monthly reporting and invoicing.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Travel Management Companies.
  • Experience coordinating Visa applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Problem resolution and process familiarization.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Team player.
  • Significant Microsoft knowledge and experience, as well as database management.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in an accurate, consistent, and structured manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of HSEQ safe working practices and procedures.
