Job Title: Logistic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team at Cammach Bryant. As a key member of our Personnel Logistics Department, you will be responsible for coordinating global travel and ensuring the smooth mobilization and demobilization of personnel from worldwide locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mobilize and demobilize personnel in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Act as the Personnel Logistics Focal Point for allocated vessels, coordinating with Department Managers, Offshore Personnel, and the Personnel Logistics Team to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Verify the validity of offshore certifications before mobilization, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  4. Collaborate with the HR Team to schedule offshore training and medical refreshers, aligning with mobilization schedules and company requirements.
  5. Manage travel arrangements, including flights, car hires, hotels, and trains, through our Travel Management Company, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  6. Update the Offshore Personnel Tracker and maintain accurate records of crew travel preferences.
  7. Liaise with offshore personnel to provide essential crew change details and information.
  8. Coordinate client-specific training for offshore personnel through the Training Department, as required.
  9. Work closely with the Visa Coordinator to ensure timely visa applications and work permits, aligning with ROV, Survey, and Vessel rosters.
  10. Participate in the on-call rota, addressing out-of-hours queries from vessels and personnel.
  11. Perform other duties as required by the Personnel Logistics Team Lead and/or HR Supervisor, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in organizing global travel and knowledge of visa processes.
  2. Experience working within a Personnel Logistics Department.
  3. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable Experience:
  1. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  2. Understanding and appreciation of offshore industry training and certification requirements.
