  5. Accommodations: Secure lodging for crew during transit or rest periods.
  6. Sign-On and Sign-Off Coordination: Input and verify accuracy of sign-on and sign-off dates for mariners and vessels. Coordinate crew changes efficiently, minimizing downtime between rotations.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist with company administrative reporting requirements. Handle auxiliary crewing functions such as I-9, DOT verification, EPIC, E-verify, discharge, medical billing, reimbursements, training, investigations, budgeting, accounting, invoicing, activations, and compliance.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent. College courses are desired, and an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a demanding personnel logistics, crewing, or operations administration position or closely related role is required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, cooperation, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a changing environment is crucial.
