Job Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator will provide crucial support for a major O&G HVAC contract. Responsibilities include managing offshore HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians, overseeing HVAC/R maintenance and Modular Door activities, handling material requests and procurement, and planning offshore work scopes. The role involves offering technical and administrative support to clients, addressing basic technical queries, and liaising on maintenance matters. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader and Contracts Manager, the Coordinator will help achieve business, budgetary, and contract deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support to field engineers/technicians on maintenance activities.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of offshore HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians.
  • Oversee HVAC/R maintenance and Modular Door activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Handle material requests and procurement to ensure timely delivery of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Plan and coordinate offshore work scopes to meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to clients, addressing basic technical queries and liaising on maintenance matters.
