Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Team Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: The candidate will lead projects through the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring that quality is delivered effectively and as per the contract.
  • Quality Planning: The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relevant Project Quality Plans throughout the Project Lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: The candidate will ensure compliance with Specifications, Standards, and Codes applicable to the Project, and identify and mitigate Quality Risks.
  • Quality Reporting: The candidate will report, highlight, and address Quality issues to satisfactory closure.
  • Team Management: The candidate will maintain Quality Awareness across the contract team and oversee any 3rd Party IVB contract.
  • Contract Management: The candidate will implement and be custodian of the Contract Quality Audit program.
Authority
  • Stop Work Authority: The candidate will have the authority to stop work if not in compliance with HSE standards, including intervening if observing any breach of specific project procedures.
Health, Safety and Environment
  • Regulatory Compliance: The candidate will comply with Regulatory requirements at all times and support our 10 Global Rules and HSE Policies.
Personal Development
  • Training and Development: The candidate will undertake agreed training and development to provide a framework of knowledge and skills required to perform effectively in the team/department/business unit.
  • Performance Appraisal: The candidate will participate in annual and regular performance appraisal with relevant supervisor and/or manager, identifying and agreeing objectives and targets in relation to personal development.
Mandatory Qualifications
  1. Engineering, Fabrication & Welding Experience: The candidate must have relevant experience in Engineering, Fabrication & Welding.
