Location: Remote across 16 Country Houses in the UK

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £32,000

Role Overview:

As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our country houses, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless experience during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Excellence in Customer Service: Ensure that every aspect of guest service is executed to the highest standards.
  • Culinary Oversight: Manage the culinary team to guarantee that all meals meet exceptional quality standards while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Leadership in Front of House: Supervise the front of house staff, maintaining immaculate conditions in all guest rooms and communal areas.
  • Property Care and Aesthetics: Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and address any repairs or aesthetic improvements needed in the properties.
  • Centralized Operational Support: Utilize resources from our central operations for recruitment, health and safety, stock management, and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in the Tourism or Hospitality sector, with proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Country House Manager, or similar roles.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied working hours, including evenings and weekends.
