- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, including trusts, foundations, and individual philanthropists.
- Develop and manage a calendar of fundraising events, including mass giving and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and diversify our fundraising portfolio, including identifying smaller grant opportunities.
- Extensive experience in fundraising and development, with a strong background in trusts and foundations, or major donor fundraising.
- Persuasive and versatile communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong and impactful relationships.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with trusts, foundations, and individual philanthropists.
- Experience in co-developing and diversifying fundraising strategies, including mass giving and digital initiatives.
- Experience with CRM and grant-management systems.
