Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our major gifts fundraising efforts, developing and executing stewardship activities, and creating an annual fundraising communications plan.

The ideal candidate will have strong senior fundraising experience, specifically in closing major gifts funding from donors. They will also possess solid data literacy and a strong knowledge of legislation and best practice relating to fundraising in a charity setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Major gifts fundraising: Lead our major gifts fundraising efforts, developing and executing strategies to secure significant funding from donors.
  • Stewardship: Develop, plan, and execute stewardship activities to build strong relationships with donors and ensure their continued support.
  • Fundraising communications & materials: Create an annual fundraising communications plan, including the development of compelling content and materials to engage donors and stakeholders.
  • CEO fundraising support: Organize and support the fundraising activities of our CEO, ensuring their efforts are aligned with our overall fundraising strategy.
  • Fundraising culture: Lead the continuation and further development of a culture of fundraising at Be Applied Ltd, inspiring and motivating team members to contribute to our fundraising efforts.
  • Budget planning: Collaborate with our Finance team to establish an annual fundraising target, ensuring our efforts are aligned with our overall financial goals.
About You

We're looking for someone with a strong track record of senior fundraising experience, specifically in closing major gifts funding from donors. You'll also need solid data literacy and a strong knowledge of legislation and best practice relating to fundraising in a charity setting.
