Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting our charity's mission and values, and securing donations from the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet targets
  • Build relationships with charity partners and stakeholders
  • Recruit and manage a team of fundraisers
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in fundraising or sales is desirable
Working Conditions:

We work mainly indoors at privately booked sites, such as supermarkets, shopping centres, and town centres. You will be required to work face-to-face with members of the public, explaining and encouraging them to sign up for a £10 monthly subscription to our charity.

Induction and Training:

We conduct an induction briefing on what our charity does, which is mandatory before any fundraiser steps onto the field. You will also receive training on our fundraising strategies and techniques.
