Join Our Fundraising Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our fundraising team at Big Heart Fundraising Ltd. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for representing our brand and raising vital funds for our cause across London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a face-to-face role, engaging with the public to raise monthly donations in shopping centres, train stations, and shopping malls.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a competitive basic rate and uncapped bonus structure.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with the public.
  • Work collaboratively with the fundraising team to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic rate of £12 per hour, increasing to £14 with experience.
  • An uncapped bonus structure, with bonuses kicking in at £40-50 per sign-up after your 10th sign-up.
  • Full training and support from experienced senior fundraisers.
  • Progression opportunities, including team leader and beyond.
  • Incentives such as Magic Mondays, Wacky Wednesdays, and other work ethic bonuses.
Requirements:
  • Face-to-face experience in fundraising or sales is preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time, with flexibility to work weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
