Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups.

The ideal candidate will have established connections with a network of VCs and be able to develop and implement direct fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets, with a focus on major gifts.

The Fundraising Advisor will collaborate with the Hyperion team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives, utilizing data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups

• Detailed sales/fundraising pipeline metrics including leads generated; meetings/calls booked and asks/solicitations made; closing/win rates

• Quantitative descriptions of sales/fundraising territories, sales targets, and average amounts of sales/gifts

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors

• Experience working independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline

• Represent Hyperion professionally in various settings, including virtual and in-person meetings

Compensation

• Salary DOE, Open for Negotiation

• Lucrative Commission

• Equity can be considered upon successful closing of fund raise
