Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing direct fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups
  • Established connections with a network of VCs is highly preferred
  • Detailed sales/fundraising pipeline metrics including leads generated; closing/win rates
  • Quantitative descriptions of sales/fundraising territories, sales targets, and average amounts of sales/gifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors
  • Experience working independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
  • Collaborate with the Hyperion team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities
  • Represent Hyperion professionally in various settings, including virtual and in-person meetings
