Fleet Compliance Administrator

Job Summary
Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Transport Managers in maintaining compliance with all legislative and company procedures regarding fleet service.
- Provide administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure all required records are processed, stored, and retained in line with policies.
- Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal, statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
- Ensure all trucks and trailers are serviced to legal requirements and within scheduled timelines.
- Manage and respond to fleet queries raised internally by the Operations Team and externally by the Group.
- Manage daily, live entry of all defects and booking required compliance.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly and monthly compliance.
- Assist the TCM and Driver Trainers in organizational and administrative tasks related to driver management, including CPC scheduling, DCRS, assessment/induction paperwork, microlise reporting and analysis, damage/risk analysis.
Requirements
- Good understanding of legal requirements (CPC not required).
- Ability to use software, including Microsoft, Excel, Word, and in-house compliance systems.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritizing skills, and attention to detail.
