We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide comprehensive and professional support to our site in Lincolnshire, which employs up to 600 people across various roles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide attendance management and employee relations support, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Manage recruitment and associated administration, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the site HR Manager to drive business objectives and improve employee retention.
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and ensure compliance across the site.
**Requirements:**
- Part or newly qualified CIPD or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR systems, such as Resource Link, Crown Open Options, and Quor, is a plus.
