**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attendance management and employee relations support, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Manage recruitment and associated administration, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the site HR Manager to drive business objectives and improve employee retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and ensure compliance across the site.

**Requirements:**

  • Part or newly qualified CIPD or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR systems, such as Resource Link, Crown Open Options, and Quor, is a plus.
