About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to all legislative and internal compliance procedures regarding fleet service, including maintenance and repair of vehicles.

Administrative Support

Provide efficient administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure all required records are processed, stored, and retained in line with policies.

Fleet Management

Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.

Defect Management

Manage and respond to fleet queries raised internally by the Operation Team as well as those from the Group.

Compliance Reporting

Manage daily, live entry of all defects and booking required compliance.

Service Provider Liaison

Liaise with service providers ensuring engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly and monthly compliance.

Requirements

  1. Legislative Knowledge

Good understanding of legal requirements, including CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) not required.

Technical Skills

Ability to use software, including Microsoft, Excel, Word, and In-house Compliance System.

Experience

Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
