Job Title: Transport Compliance Administrator

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Spalding on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all legislative and internal compliance procedures regarding fleet service.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure all required records are processed, stored, and retained in line with policies.
  • Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal, statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Ensure all trucks and trailers are serviced to legal requirements and within scheduled timelines.
  • Manage and respond to fleet queries raised internally by the Operation Team as well as those from the Group.
  • Manage daily, live entry of all defects and booking required compliance.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly and monthly compliance.
  • Assist the TCM and Driver Trainers in organizational and administrative tasks related to driver management, such as CPC scheduling, DCRS, assessment/induction paperwork, microlise reporting and analysis, damage/risk analysis.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of legal requirements (CPC not required).
  • Ability to use software, including Microsoft, Excel, Word, and in-house Compliance System.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing skills, and attention to detail.
