Job Title: Transport Compliance Administrator

At Culina Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all legislative and internal procedures related to fleet services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of records.
  • Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure all vehicles and trailers are serviced to legal requirements and within scheduled timelines.
  • Manage and respond to fleet queries raised internally and externally.
  • Manage daily entry of defects and booking requirements.
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly and monthly compliance.
  • Assist the Transport Compliance Manager and Driver Trainers in organizational and administrative tasks related to driver management.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of legal requirements.
  • Ability to use software, including Microsoft, Excel, Word, and in-house compliance systems.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing skills, and attention to detail.
