Job Title: Transport Compliance Administrator

Fowler Welch is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all legislative and company procedures regarding fleet service.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to all legislative and company procedures regarding fleet service.
  2. Provide efficient administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure all required records are processed, stored, and retained in line with policies.
  3. Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
  4. Ensure all trucks and trailers are serviced to legal requirements & within scheduled timelines.
  5. Manage & respond to fleet queries raised internally by the Operation Team as well as those from the Group.
  6. Manage daily, live entry of all defects & booking required compliance.
  7. Liaise with service providers ensuring engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly & monthly compliance.
  8. Assist the TCM and Driver Trainers in organizational and administrative tasks related to driver management, e.g. CPC scheduling, DCRS, assessment/induction paperwork, microlise reporting and analysis, damage/risk analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Good understanding of legal requirements (CPC not required).
  2. To be able to use software – Including Microsoft/Excel/Word & In-house Compliance System.
  3. Experience in a similar role.
  4. Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
  5. Exceptional organizational, prioritizing skills & attention to detail.
