Job Title: Transport Compliance Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Compliance Administrator to join our team in Spalding. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring all compliance elements of our transport operation are achieved across fleet and driver elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all legislative and internal compliance procedures regarding fleet service.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Transport Compliance Manager, utilizing systems to ensure all required records are processed, stored, and retained in line with policies.
  • Maintain responsibility for performing all administrative duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
  • Ensure all trucks and trailers are serviced to legal requirements & within scheduled timelines.
  • Manage & respond to fleet queries raised internally by the Operation Team as well as those from the Group.
  • Manage daily, live entry of all defects & booking required compliance.
  • Liaise with service providers ensuring engineers are issued with lists of assets available for weekly & monthly compliance.
  • Assist the TCM and Driver Trainers in organizational and administrative tasks related to driver management, eg CPC scheduling, DCRS, assessment/induction paperwork, microlise reporting and analysis, damage/risk analysis.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of legal requirements (CPC not required).
  • To be able to use software – Including Microsoft/Excel/Word & In-house Compliance System.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of fleet and customer/supplier relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing skills & attention to detail.
