About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Coordinator to join our team at William H Brown, a leading estate agency with a rich history dating back over 100 years. As a Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Arrange and coordinate all required safety inspections and certification to ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Tenancy Administration: Ensure routine and additional property visits and checks are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors and outsourcing resources to ensure repair and maintenance works are completed to a satisfactory standard and timescale.
  • Claims and Invoicing: Identify opportunities to claim for repair and maintenance work under insurance policies and ensure prompt and proper payment instructions are issued.
  • Liability and Payment: Establish liability for work and ensure relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administration: Possess solid administration skills, including the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • IT Literacy: Be proficient in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
